  • I completed the course but my progress shows as less than 100% and I cannot get my completion certificate. What happened?

    In order for the course to know that you have viewed all of the content, you must click on the "NEXT" box located at the bottom right of each class page.

  • I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

    After you add the desired course(s) or bundle(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout, there will be a link under TOTAL PRICE that reads, "Have a Coupon?". Click that link and enter your coupon code and then click APPLY.

  • I have misplaced my completion certificate and need a copy of it! Where can I get a copy?

    Open the course from your dashboard and click on "Achievements & Progress" on the left-hand side. Displayed on that page will be your progress percentage. If it is at 100%, you can choose "Generate your Certificate" at the bottom (if you have previously generated your certificate, this button will read "Get your Certificate"). Click on that button to open your completion certificate. From there, you may download a pdf and print a copy for your files.

  • My Completion Certificate has expired. How do I get an updated Completion Certificate?

    Renewing your Completion Certificate is easy!

    Simply visit your Student Dashboard. At the bottom of the page, there are links to the Re-Certification courses. You must be logged in to view the re-certification courses.

  • I have questions that aren't answered here. How can I find help?

  • Do your courses meet all training compliance requirements?

    Our courses are created, managed, and updated by our internal compliance experts. We have designed them to be thorough and effective while also being user-friendly. We strive to keep learners engaged and involved, so that mandatory modules are less painful. However, we cannot guarantee that the course material meets the requirements of each and every governing authority. Be sure to know the compliance requirements that may affect your surgery center.

  • I am having trouble seeing your courses on my device. What is wrong?

    In order to make sure ASC Solutions Academy runs well, please make sure your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart device has the following: The most recent version of a web browser listed below; Javascript enabled; PDF plugin; Graphic and audio output capability; Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended); TLS 1.2 supported by your web browser. Supported Browsers include: Desktop: Chrome; Firefox; Safari; Microsoft Edge. Mobile: iOS Safari: 11 and up; Chrome; Samsung Internet. Please Note that we do not support Internet Explorer.
